The QA Manager is responsible for the overall running of the QA department and coordinates the testers and testing process across multiple game titles for our Clients Studios.

Here's what you'll have to do:

-Determine resource levels to support current and future QA requirements
-Determine equipment levels to support the QA department on all game formats
-Ensure that Focus Testing is carried out at the prescribed time for each title
-Develop working practices for the QA department in agreement with senior management and PM’s
-To conduct competitive analysis for current and future projects and collate and present information to.
