Main responsibilities:
To ensure the smooth running of a new and growing game development studio. To manage teams across a range of projects with the ultimate goal of delivering quality titles on time and on budget. To assist with the growth of the company and to ensure that the studio is attracting the best available game development talent.
Skills required:
Game industry experience essential.
Ability to lead and inspire development teams.
Proven understanding of budgeting and general financial management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver products on time and to a high level of quality.
Ability to schedule and proactively monitor projects.
Passion for Video Games
