This is the Brighton arm of one of the largest independent games developers in Europe. They specialise in social games for non-traditional gamers. They are currently working on projects with a number of AAA publishers and are focused on creating innovative titles with a wide appeal.

They need an Assistant TD. The role requires the successful applicant to work supporting the technical director leading all programming effort within the studio.
It is envisaged that this role will lead onto becoming a Technical Director outright when a new studio is opened.

Skills needed for the role:
- Proven man management skills
- Wide experience of many aspects of game development
- C++ programming expert
- Experience programming some of these consoles/machines : PS2/X360/PS3/Wii/PC/DS
- Passion for computer games
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of planning large projects
- Experience shipping commercial games, good knowledge of TRCs/TCRs
- Experience of being Lead Programmer on at least 2 console games
- Be able to deliver to deadlines to meet key milestones
- Proven ability to self motivate, organise and time manage
- A sense of humour and a want to make games that are stylish and fun.
