This company, located in hi-tech heart of the UK, was created in March 2000 by some of the brightest minds of a major games company who broke away to realise their vision of the gaming future. Dedicated to their vision of cool, fun state-of-the-art games that everyone can get into and play together, they are instrumental in all aspects of game development covering technology, design, art, production and management. Their current highly anticipated next gen. project is already receiving lots of interest.
They are now looking for a number of programmers Candidates should have 2 plus years' industry experience, excellent C/C++, have worked on a next generation platform (PS3 / 360 / DX9 PC / DX10 PC) and have one published game behind them. They will also have good debugging, system design and 3d math skills.
The following are desirable but not essential:
- experience of java / c#
- published game on next generation console
- knowledge of PhysX
- experienced PS3 or 360 developer
- knowledge of DirectX 9 / DirectX 10 / console graphics API’s
- assembly coding skills
- low-level console knowledge.
