Role:

Overseeing a team of designers, your responsibility will be to define and carry the vision of the game, communicating it to the whole team.

Responsibilities:

•You master the art of making deep and rewarding game systems easy to get into.

•You are keenly aware of the interconnections between the design of the game and the importance of items and rewards in pushing gamers to play JUST ONE MORE GAME!

•You know that no matter how compelling the overall concept is, the attention to detail is what will make or break the experience.

•Your proven design talent on offline and online games, your knowledge of large scale production processes and your meticulous attention to detail will be the guarantee of the quality of the game.

Requirements:

•Creative Direction or Lead Design experience on several shipped games

•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
