Their game is about to change the way that gamers experience strategy on console - Your mission is to design how we can push our award winning gameplay even further.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

•Create a visceral experience where players are going to feel that their decisions and actions have allowed them to conquer the world.

•While strategy games are your passion, you understand what makes great tactical shooters and RPGs.

•Taking deep systems and making them easy to understand, not only for your development team but also for the player.

•Precise and concise communication

•Knowledge of large scale production processes

•Attention to detail

•Passionate about games and the people who play them

•Senior or Lead Design experience on a shipped game

•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
