Excellent 3D modeling (Optimization, clean meshes, edges flows, functionality etc) and texturing (Optimization, texture size, etc) technical skills
In-Depth knowledge of 3D Studio Max or Maya, Zbrush or similar technologies
Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Excellent understanding of efficient techniques for game production, on both high and low resolution pipelines
Expert knowledge of UV-mapping techniques; as well as the creation of bump maps and alpha channels to be incorporated into final 3D character models.
Able to Create texture maps painted from scratch and using photo reference materials, layering/compositing
Technically savvy with strong problem solving skills
Ability to work accurately to concept material as well as using imagination to overcome problems or constraints
Solid knowledge of human and animal anatomy, with an eye for accurate proportions, form, and details
Understanding of animation and Rigging skills would be beneficial
Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard
A willingness and ability to continue learning is essential
