Summary
You will be responsible for unifying the artistic vision of their project. You will be in charge of both the games visual appearance and quality, directing this vision and communicating it to the project team, client and studio.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the projects art team ensuring they are working at an optimum level and within the specified art style and technical guidelines at all times.
